Understanding Pipeline Stages

Your sales pipeline is a visual representation of where each deal stands. Customize it to match your actual sales process.

Default pipeline stages

Out of the box, your pipeline includes:

  1. New — Lead just came in, not yet contacted
  2. Contacted — You have made initial outreach
  3. Showing Booked — A showing or meeting is scheduled
  4. Offer Sent — The client has received pricing or an allocation worksheet
  5. Negotiating — Back and forth on terms, unit selection, or pricing
  6. Closed Won — Deal completed, client purchased a unit
  7. Closed Lost — Client decided not to proceed

Customizing stages

Go to Admin > CRM > Pipeline Settings to:

  • Rename any stage
  • Add new stages (e.g., "Mortgage Approved," "Deposit Received")
  • Reorder stages by dragging them
  • Set a color for each stage
Pipeline stages are shared across your team. When you rename or reorder stages, the change applies to all team members immediately.

Moving contacts through the pipeline

Drag a contact card from one stage column to another in the pipeline board view. You can also update the stage from the contact detail page using the dropdown.

Pipeline value

Each contact can have an estimated deal value. The pipeline board shows the total value per stage so you can forecast your revenue at a glance.
